CSV / Excel Employee Import

Import up to 500 employees with their profile photos in one batch. Existing Employee IDs are skipped, not overwritten.

1. Download CSV Format or Download Excel Format, then fill employee details.
2. Optional: Put JPG/PNG/WebP profile photos into a ZIP file (photos at the ZIP root). You can import employees without photos by leaving photo_filename empty.
3. Each row's photo_filename must exactly match a filename in the ZIP, e.g. 608.jpg.

Tip: The signature remains your previously configured default signature. The Valid Up To field is not required.
